Best grips on the markets. I’ve tried them all. These are made well. Strong and super grippy. They also offer wrist support unlike others out there. Also purchased knee sleeves for daughters as I know the quality is there.

I love, LOVE frog tape. It tears so easily, the stretch is super comfy and satisfying - I can't feel it at all when I'm wearing it. I use mine anytime there's a barbell involved so I can hook grip with no rubbing or blisters. My gym bag is not packed unless I've got at least a roll, or three, in there :-)
I find the tape does the trick really well, easy to put on, provides grip and protection, and doesn't come off or wear down mid-workout. Highly recommend.

Grip is excellent These compare well with other makes of lifting tape. I would say the grip is actually better than tape I've previously bought plus it actually stays intact for longer i.e. it doesn't roll-up after several lifts. Tape tears fairly easily when applying.
